Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Promiae, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. What the service does
Promiae is a health-habit execution tool. It reads health signals (with your consent), builds a personalised daily plan, and provides coaching feedback. The service is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, medication, or supplementation.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. One person, one account. You must be at least 16 years old.
4. Acceptable use
- – Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
- – Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes third-party rights.
- – Do not attempt to access data belonging to other users.
5. Your data + disclaimers
You retain ownership of all data you submit. You grant Promiae a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for decisions you make based on information the app surfaces.
6. Third-party integrations
When you connect Oura, Whoop, Apple Health, or Google Calendar, your use of those providers is governed by each provider's own terms. We read only what you authorise and stop reading immediately when you disconnect.
7. Payments + plans
The current version of Promiae is a private beta. If we introduce paid plans, we will notify you in advance and give you the option to continue on the free tier where feasible.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the service at risk.
9. Changes to these Terms
We update these Terms when our service changes materially. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent version.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
